Mohsen El Ramah, MD
Mohsen El Ramah, MD, is an internist and nephrologist providing primary care and kidney care through the Imperial Valley Family Care Medical Group, an independent practice with clinic offices located throughout the Imperial Valley.
He is a member of UC San Diego Health Physician Network. UC San Diego Health Physician Network is an alliance of health care providers based in San Diego, Riverside and Imperial counties. Members of the network collaborate on developing shared systems, infrastructure and quality initiatives to provide high-value health care in the region.
Dr. El Ramah specializes in the treatment of acute and chronic conditions of the adult population. Dr. El Ramah’s goal is to provide comprehensive care for the entire spectrum of his patients with specialty services for those who are at risk of having kidney disease and those who are living with all stages of kidney disease.
Dr. El Ramah earned his medical degree at University of Cairo Medical School, Cairo, Egypt. Dr. El Ramah completed his Residency in Internal Medicine at Aurora Sinai Medical Center in Milwaukee, WI where he was the Chief Resident in his final year or residency. Dr. El Ramah completed his training with a Fellowship in Nephrology at University of Wisconsin Medical School in Madison, Wisconsin. He is Board Certified in Internal Medicine with a subspecialty in Nephrology. Dr. El Ramah is a member of the American College of Physicians and American Society of Nephrology.
