Lorenzo H. Suarez, MD, is a board-certified family medicine doctor providing primary care through the Imperial Valley Family Care Medical Group. He is a member of the UC San Diego Health Physician Network.

As a primary care physician, Dr. Suarez provides preventive care and treatment of acute and chronic diseases for people of all ages to a large family practice office in Brawley, CA. Some of the kinds of conditions and services offered at Dr. Suarez’s office include, but are not limited to high blood pressure management, diabetes management, high cholesterol management, allergies, arthritis and asthma.
Dr. Suarez is the medical director for Imperial County Physicians Medical Group, and is on staff at both Pioneer Memorial Healthcare District and El Centro Regional Medical Center. Dr. Suarez earned his medical degree from the University of Minnesota, School of Medicine in Minneapolis, MN. He is board certified in family medicine by the American Board of Family Medicine. One of eleven children, Dr. Suarez was born and raised in Brawley, California.
The support and friendships of the Brawley community strongly influenced Dr. Suarez’s decision to return to his hometown and establish his medical practice. Dr. Suarez’s hobbies include volunteering his time as the team physician for the local high school football team. He is a member of the Elks Lodge and long time member of the Knights of Columbus. Dr. Suarez has 5 children.
